Weather everyone can read

Clear information and straightforward controls are central to weather.ws. Accessibility is part of that work, not a separate version of the site.

More than charts

The forecast includes a List view alongside its Chart view. Units can be switched between Celsius and Fahrenheit, and readings include labels rather than relying on color alone. Missing data is shown explicitly rather than replaced with an invented value.

Different devices and connections

The interface adapts to smaller screens and uses system fonts. City photographs are not required to read the weather. Reduced-motion preferences are respected where motion is used. These choices aim to reduce barriers; performance still depends on your device and connection.

Current status

The website has not yet received an independent accessibility audit, and we do not claim full conformance to an accessibility standard. Screen-reader, keyboard and low-vision testing remain part of release work. If a chart is difficult to use, try the forecast List view.

Reporting a barrier

A direct channel for accessibility reports is not currently available. Our Contact page lists current contact availability. If you keep a note of an issue, include the page address, affected control, browser and assistive technology. Avoid including precise location or other personal details that are not needed.
